Special Features for Metal engineering workshop & engineering works. Our metal engineering workshop for sale are made of high-quality, BS made steel that has a higher strength than most other building material. This allows your metal engineering workshop building to last for decades. Our steel engineering workshop can be customized according to your desired dimensions. You can choose steel cutting, bending, drilling, milling, shaping etc. steel fabrication works’

Most fabrication workshops have a range of machines, which can form holes for connections in steel fabrication work. The traditional drilling machine is the radial drill, a manually operated machine, which drills individual holes in steelwork. But this method has become too slow for primary line production. Therefore, larger fabricators have installed NC (Numerically Controlled) tooling, which registers and drills in response to keyed in data. These can drill many holes in flanges and webs of rolled steel sections simultaneously. It is also possible to bending & cutting this is particularly useful where square holes are specified such as anchor plates for foundation bolts. While this method is faster compared to drilling, punching creates distortion and material strain hardening around the holes, which increase with material thickness. Its use is currently restricted to smaller thickness plates. In order to reduce the effect of strain hardening and the consequent reduction in ductility of material around punched holes, smaller size

Plasma cutting is a process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Typical materials cut with a plasma torch include steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper, although other conductive metals may be cut as well. Plasma cutting is often used in fabrication shops, automotive repair and restoration, industrial construction, and salvage and scrapping operations. Due to the high speed and precision cuts combined with low cost, plasma cutting sees widespread use from large-scale industrial CNC applications down to small hobbyist shops.

Bending of plates, or plate bending, refers to the deflection of a plate perpendicular to the plane of the plate under the action of external forces and moments.

We are a steel/metal fabrication company located in We Specialize in a wide variety of all your steel fabrication needs big and small, plasma cutting, plate burning, cutting shearing, forming, angle rolling, plate rolling, pipe rolling and hole punching.
